This Cookie Policy explains how CyberImmune Inc. uses cookies and similar browser technologies on DeepScan websites and services. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits. They can support essential functionality, remember choices, secure sessions, and—where permitted—measure usage.
2. Essential storage
DeepScan uses essential storage required to operate the site and services. This may include authentication and security cookies, session identifiers, anti-abuse controls, and the local-storage record remembering your consent. Essential storage cannot be disabled through our panel because requested functionality may not work without it.
3. DeepScan consent record
The public site stores a browser record named “deepscan-cookie-consent.” It records the consent version, whether optional analytics are enabled, confirmation that essential storage is enabled, and the decision time. This prevents the preference panel from appearing on every visit.
4. Optional analytics
The public site uses Vercel Analytics only after you consent to optional analytics. It may collect limited technical and usage information such as pages visited, referrer, browser or device characteristics, approximate geography derived from network data, and performance events. We use it to understand and improve site usage.
5. Managing your choice
On your first visit, you may accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or manage preferences. Later, select Cookie preferences in the footer to change your analytics choice. Withdrawal stops future optional analytics loading on subsequent views; it does not retroactively remove information already processed.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking essential storage may sign you out, prevent choices from being remembered, or interfere with product functionality. Consult your browser’s documentation.
7. Retention
Storage duration depends on purpose. Session technologies may expire at session end. The consent record remains until deleted, replaced by a new policy version, or cleared through browser controls. Other records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy and customer agreements.
8. Third-party technologies
Providers may set or read technologies needed for authentication, hosting, security, or consented analytics. Their handling is governed by contractual obligations and their privacy documentation. DeepScan does not permit optional analytics to load through the public-site provider before an affirmative choice.
9. Browser privacy signals
Do Not Track signals lack a single accepted standard, so we rely on the DeepScan preference panel for optional analytics choices. Where a legally recognized browser opt-out signal applies to our processing, we will honour it as required.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when technologies, providers, or laws change. The last-updated date identifies the current version.
